Summary: This was a good, low budget property for our short-notice trip to the shore. The property owners were on premise and extremely attentive and helpful to all of our needs and questions, not to mention fun to have a beer with! Will definitely be back.

Summary: Not sure how this property has such a high rating. This is a basement apartment in a multifamily house. You can hear the people walking and talking above you (which made us feel like they could hear us too 😬). The “private” deck and hot tub are shared with the others in the house. Very disappointed, I would not have stayed there if I had known.

Summary: The place was infested with fruit flies. We could not turn on any lights in the living room. I messaged Patricia right after we got there and she never replied. The internet did not work right. There were hardly any outlets. We were very disappointed with it. Not a good host

Summary: This place was great and perfect for a beach weekend. It was a short walk to the beach and bars. Had everything we needed kitchen, a washer dryer, an outdoor shower, and even a hot tub. The hosts were awesome as well and very communicative

Summary: The pictures didn’t do this place justice! There is tons of space! Great place for a stay down the shore and close to everything! The only thing I wish they had was a TV in one of the common areas and maybe beds in the sitting room instead of more couches. I would definitely stay again!
