Positive: This felt like a little piece of heaven. Rooms and facilities were beautiful, staff friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Views stunning and pool area so tranquil. They also invited us to pick fruit and vegetables from the garden. Sitia itself is a lovely quiet town but not much to see making the location of this place even more perfect for relaxing. Short walks into town and to the supermarket. Car not needed.
Negative: It was perfect. Honestly I have no complaints.

Negative: The pools weren't open yet, we stayed at the end of April.

Positive: We really liked the peaceful, private, large terrace with beautiful plants. We ate breakfast outside in the sun and then had a late afternoon relax in the sun after a busy day of hiking and exploring. We appreciated the good quality bedding and the apartment had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The location is good too, a little way out from the main centre of town but only about a 10 minute walk on quiet backroads to the sea. There is a large supermarket nearby.
Negative: The only minor issue we had was that because it was a wet room style bathroom the floor got very wet.

Positive: Very nice and modern apartment. A lot of space, and private feeling. Great outdoor sitting. Great to have the car parking area which is a plus compared to the city center of Sitia
Negative: A bit noisy from traffic, but on the other hand very handy and fast to drive in any direction you want
