Summary: We had a wonderful time at this home. The owners were very responsive to questions and checked in on us after our arrival by text. I may have missed this in the description, but the main floor bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom. We gave that to my parents. My son and his girlfriend stayed in the twin bed room one night and shared this with my parents. Not a big deal. Just know you will have to enter the bedroom for those of us that have middle of the night potty breaks. The downstairs is accessible by a narrow circular staircase that would be difficult for big people, older people (my parents chose to skip the staircase and go around outside to get there) or small kids and mobile infants/toddlers. We took the lower level with our 16 year old. She loved the cubby bed. The bathroom downstairs is a little roomier than the upstairs one. We had no issues sharing this with the kids. We put our boat in down the road and brought it to the house. We had fun fishing and tubing and then spent the rest of the afternoon floating in the lake by the dock. The house is an easy jaunt to Auburn. We went in for the game and then back the next day to pick up my son’s girlfriend. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch with our wine and taking in the lake. It’s a beautiful view from their homes. TV-you have to access your own streaming accounts. The first night we huddled around my husband’s laptop to watch the late games. The next day my daughter figured out she could connect to the family room tv and had the Hulu app (we have Hulu live) installed and logged in at home before she left. So yay! We could watch Notre Dame-FSU on the big screen. We cooked breakfast and lunch two days. She has all the kitchen basics you need for meals. I definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again.

Summary: Property was great and had all the amenities of home. The setup is ideal for 2 families with the downstairs being self contained to fully have everything you need. It rained all weekend, so we didn’t get to enjoy the dock or the lake, but everything was down there and setup nicely , and I am sure we would have enjoyed it.

Summary: Girls trip to unwind from the stress of Nursing and getting kids off to college. This home was perfect and unique! We all enjoyed it!

Summary: Awesome property with plenty of amenities. Paddle board and kayaks provided for tons of fun! Floating dock was perfect for jumping off and plenty of room to tie the boat up. The house had plenty of sleeping accommodations including a couple of cool little nooks the kids enjoyed! Very nice place and the owners are awesome!!!

Summary: The house was clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was great. The property was well kept and the location on the lake made for easy access to the public boat ramp nearby, chimney rock, Chuck's, and the marinas. Our teenage daughter and her friends really enjoyed having their own space downstairs. We hope to be back again next summer.
