Positive: communication was excellent, the owners friendly and the hospitality top notch. The cottage itself is stunning, old and modernised without losing its beauty. The cottage was larger than we thought, the second lounge was brilliant for the teenagers gaming.Parking was no problem for 2 cars. I can not rate Ivy Bank enough, absolutely stunning.

Positive: quirky with great touches, great to have 2nd lounge for our Xbox addict!
Negative: Only minor pints- poor quality pillows, toilets hard to flush, seal on shower door over bath leaked. uneven corner step from twin room made it too dangerous for our 6 year old. may have been better to make that room the second double and the twin room next to the main double?
Summary: lovely quirky property. would stay again.
