Summary: I like the staff. However, my first night wasxa nightmare. The room was not prepared (no towels, no toilet paper, soiled linen, etc.). I was finally able to get a better room, but it was inhabited by insects. After the initially horrible first day, the rest of my stay was more satisfactory.
