Negative: Safety in the morning walking to the beach. It is not really a “private” beach access. All the local workers wander around. No complimentary meals provided despite charging 5 star hotel rates. Cats won’t let you eat your meal in peace Constant power cuts when we stayed

Positive: The pool was extremely clean and well maintained, kitchen is well equipped, care taker is around to help get food from outside. Refreshing and pleasant stay.

Negative: The lady who takes the booking and payments is very annoying, they take 50%of the payment in advance before check in, which is understandable to avoid cancellations in the last minute., but they asked us to complete the payment immediately as soon as we checked in…!!!! This behavior was very annoying., they kept pestering us till the payment was made and we shared a screen shot of the payment. On top of the amount Rs.20,300/- for a family of 4 during a weekend stay ( which doesn’t include breakfast) they take a caution deposit of Rs.5000/- (refunded) also as soon as we checked in. These kinda annoyances should be looked in by the management and rectified to allow the guests a peaceful stay.

Summary: Relaxing private time with family., change the booking protocols to the convenience of guests.

Positive: Ivyvilla is a Wonderful place for a recharge and if you want to spend some time by yourself or with your loved ones. Lovely place.. all the facilities , the lawn, the bedroom, the swimming pool everything is so well maintained, credit goes to prem the caretaker for such good maintenance.everything about this place is subtle and soothing from the sound of the waves and minimal interiors all around, on the whole the place is a perfect escape from the urban jungle and highly recommended instead of going for some resort.

Negative: TV wasnt working, also a dedicated space to keep the luggage in the room would make it better. There can be a hand shower also in the washroom. Rest all was awesome.

Positive: Kitchen setup and the pool area. Care taker did his job really good.

Negative: Expected pool breakfast as shown but we wer given south indian food. Bed rooms to be given with a secured latch type on both the sides. Too costly, definitely price needs to be reduced.
