Positive: The location was within walking distance of everything. I was able to get the items I needed easily and I could also walk to Sukhbaatar Square.

Negative: It was near construction and a strip joint.

Summary: The staff were helpful and courteous.

Positive: Receptionists are very helpful. They can organize a transport to Airport. Room was spacious, well equipped with kitchen and dishwasher.

Positive: Big value for money. Staff very nice. Very comfortable. The room has a kitchenette and a washing machine. Dental kit. Very good breakfast too.

Negative: Having a safe deposit box would be nice. Access to YouTube would be nice too. But the room rate is quite cheap so one should not expect too much I guess.

Summary: Very nice hotel. Happy to return in future.
