Positive: It’s a nice, modern and clean apartment in a new residential building. It’s not big, but sufficient for several days. It consists of a small bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a bigger living room with a kitchen. In the living room there’s a sofa, a small TV and dining table. The room is air-conditioned. In the kitchen one can find a big fridge, a cooker, a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. All necessary dishes, cutlery and pots are provided. There was coffee in disk, instant coffee and tea available. The owner also left a welcome gift with some sweets and snacks, as well as some drinks. In the bathroom, apart from a large shower, there’s also a wash machine, which is very useful while staying for longer. Toiletries’, as well as detergents for washing provided. The apartment has a small balcony with an access from both rooms. It has also assigned a parking place in an underground parking. The location of the apartment has some benefits. There are three supermarkets within few minutes of walking, some other shops, including a bakery, and restaurants. The central railway station is 10 min, Vero hypermarket 20 min and the city centre 30 min of walking. The owner was waiting for us upon arrival to show all amenities and was available to help during our stay.

Negative: Not much we can complain about. Maybe only that A/C is only in the living room, so to cool down the bedroom it takes some time for air to circulate. Installing a multi-split A/C for both the living room and bedroom could be maybe a good idea.

Positive: Stevo made us feel at home and thought of everything for us. There is definitely no need to look for another place in Skopje. We would also like to thank him for the parking lot and the refreshments in the kitchen.

Positive: Everything was total perfection! Comfortable, unbelievably clean and cosy! The host was extremely helpful and friendly! They prepared juices and sweets for us and the kids. We are completely amazed by this accommodation.

Negative: The only tiny "problem" is the AC. It blows directly in the direction of the sofa in the living room, but still the apartment is a gem!
