Summary: The hotel staff was very friendly. The room seemed to be new and the view was nice. We had complementary water in our room. Unfortunately, it was very dirty. We have found trash from the people who lived there before and asked the staff to clean it. It has been removed but not cleaned. It was OK but not very komfortable.

Summary: The hotel is fairly nice, modern, just a bit dated. Rooms are kept well. Just sound proofing is not that great. You get free Korean style spa ticket which we enjoyed. Free morning breakfast is okay (I'm a Marriott member and it's somewhat comparable to that).

Summary: The hotel was clean with great service and accommodations. The gym was large, clean with a nice weight room. The room, while not large was clean and modern. The restaurant had a nice selection of foods and service was very good. The only two issues that brought the rating down for me was the location and the staff not speaking English. The hotel is downtown and difficult to access and located without alot of "things to do" options.

Summary: The room was very clean and nice. The only thing was the bathroom sink was broken and the hallways outside of the room had no air conditioning of ventilation. The hallways were so hot and humid.

Summary: Very good hotel. Very clean and excellent service. However, no restaurant in the hotel. Dined in a very nice local Korean eating place just diagonal to the hotel, across the traffic junction, that was recommended by the reception: sit in floor and dine on low tables, very tasty authentic Korean fare, and excellent prices. But they don’t speak English. So it is best to ask hotel reception to help by writing on paper, e.g. if you would like rice/noodles/seafood/beef/pork, etc.
