Positive: The staff was really kind, receptive, and helpful. The resort was clean, well taken care of, and very beautiful. I loved the architectural designs of the rooms, very pic worthy. Everything was done perfectly, I loved how organised and on time things were, like meal times for example. The food was great, abundant, and the staff still checked in frequently to ensure we were okay. I loved the location as well, it was very close to the beach, and it was safe as well. Overall I loved the place, the staff, and everything in general
Negative: So ordering lunch was kind of a hustle, it took way too long to be served which wasn't always ideal. The flushing system in the room toilet was not the best and also lacked a toilet brush

Positive: Room was big with comfortable huge bed. Nice big balcony with occasional visits from the monkeys. Staff was very friendly. Beach was just beautiful with security guard to keep the sellers away.
Negative: Bathroom was a bit small and outdated. Room with sea view didn't had a lot of sea view.

Negative: Lack of universal arabic shower tap in washroom. Fermenting/ Not fresh watermelons for breakfast. Room illumination not condusive for all activities like reading. TV screen size is small.

Positive: Jacaranda has a lovely location by the beach, close to Kongo river. The grounds are full of monkeys, so you can have a walking safari every day! The staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and afternoon tea is a nice touch. The pool is clean and warm and we even had a small pool by our room.
