Nestled on a private ridge above Clearlake sits this completely gated LC Gem known as Jago Bay Vineyards- home to one of the best views in all of Lake County. While ascending through the 14 Acres of highly sought after Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, take a moment to enjoy the cleanest air in the state before arriving to the property’s highest point - Jago Bay Cottage. This newer 3 bedroom, 2 bath open floorplan house has a wall of windows allowing a view that is beyond imagination. Relax and unwind on the porch, in the infinity pool or enjoy world class fishing on Clear Lake – the largest natural freshwater lake in California. Love wine tasting? Lake County is home to many award-winning wineries and tasting rooms.
This artistically designed home, from the open kitchen that flows into the dining room to the large outdoor patio, has plenty of room for all guests to enjoy the views of Clearlake and Mt. Konocti. Custom features embrace the natural elements of water, earth and stone and these flow into all of the fabulous details of the home. To round out the experience there is a large outdoor space with plenty of hiking trails, BBQ, infinity pool and Tesla car charger (there is not an available 220 for any other type of car charging).
Please note: Infiniti pool is heated via solar during the summer months only, estimated May through October. 2023: pull solar was turned on April 29th.
No pets as this is a very large rural property with many dangers to dogs.

Summary: We rented this property as a weekend getaway, and pictures do not do it justice. The views are amazing. It was very private. There was a lot of wildlife that we saw. We would definitely rent here again.

Summary: This property was stunning. The views were even better then the photos. It was very hot the weekend we were there and the AC was not working well, but it did not take from the great time we had! They have everything you would need at the house. Would book this property again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The view is incredible and the home is very comfortable. Despite the weather we had a great time as did our kids. We spent lots of time in the hot tub and out on the deck with heaters and plenty of seating. Debi the property manager was responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this unique vacation spot!

Summary: This was such a wonderful property! My family and I stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The house is up on a hill and there’s not much else around but the view is absolutely stunning!! The house was well stocked and the beds were super comfy. The open concept made for a great place to hang out. They had just added the drown proof pool cover and we were very thankful as we brought our 22 month old with us. I will note that the deck is not great for small kids- there’s no railing so you need to have eyes on little ones at all times! Overall we had a blast and would love to come back!
