Positive: This accommodation provides everything you need. I felt at home here. Also thanks to the hosts, the stay is pleasant and they are always available when needed. I thank them for everything. The language barrier was not an obstacle, we understood each other perfectly. If I return to Avila and this accommodation is available, I will definitely book it again.
Negative: Basically, I didn't find anything to criticize.

Positive: Everything was in top condition, there is nothing to fault about this accommodation. A truly pleasant stay and I felt like at home. The apartment was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is located on a busy street, but it is perfectly soundproofed. The owners of the apartment are very pleasant and willing to help with everything.

Positive: Excellent host. Really enjoyed this apartment. Feels more like home than an average IKEA rental. There was a lot of natural light and fitted lights. Excellent location and views out the window. Having two bathrooms and two separate sleeping spaces (not a sofa bed) make this a great choice if 2 couples/kids are traveling. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Our rental was a Ford Focus and (like many garages) the parking space is tight. But once parked, you can enter the elevator with your bags straight up to the apartment so it. is super convenient. The address for the parking garage is different from the street entry so make sure you drive to the parking address.

Positive: Fabulous beautiful apartment - the space, the decor, the style, the comfort, the location and the parking! Was just wonderful and the apartment was spotlessly clean with 2 bathrooms. The pictures really didn’t do it justice!! The decor of the apartment was beautiful and the view from the lounge (and bedroom) window of the walls was just fantastic. Despite being next to the walls it was so quiet ! Well insulated and soundproofed windows although we left the lounge one open at night and we were not disturbed. The kitchen was so well equipped (although we are out as so many great restaurants of all sorts within a short flat walk! ) the lounge area was large and with such confortable sofas. We loved the town and walking around the walls was fantastic . Having a car space with direct access from the basement up to the apartment was perfect and we were kindly met by Belen who guided us through the traffic to the parking garage- thank you
Negative: Nothing! - well us being fussy we would have liked a couple of reasonable wine glasses and we strongly dislike (but it is a very personal choice!) glass coffee cups ☹️ but these are truly trivial things!!
