Positive: The location and building was beautiful. It was very clean. I really liked the design of the place too and that it was inviting for dog owners.

Negative: We originally booked it on booking.com but because we were abroad, my bank card declined several times and I had to book the stay directly on the hotel website. I asked but they didn't provide me with the same booking fee and package including breakfast as what was on booking.com and said they couldn't do it. I was disappointed in this as it was the breakfast I was looking forward to with all the good reviews. There was also some confusion with the car parking and in the end I cancelled the parking and it was cheaper to book without the help of the hotel which I thought was harsh as I went out my way to book a space to ensure I had somewhere for my young family.
