Positive: The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with no weird "smells" or random stains anywhere. Bathroom had a jacuzzi tub which was a surprise to us! Room was spacious with all vinyl plank flooring. Linens were clean and smelled nice. AC cooled the room very quickly. We never felt unsafe during our stay.

Negative: By having the vinyl plank flooring, there is nothing to help dampen the noise from the upper floor. Additionally, the walls must be paper thin because we heard "everything" from the rooms around us including the kids in the room above us practicing WWF moves. The AC in the room is loud, but that was to our benefit because it acted like white noise and drowned out the noise from the other rooms who stayed up a majority of the night. The pillows on the bed were nice, but the mattress was hard and I woke up very stiff. This could be a "me" thing though because my daughter said her mattress was fine and we're roughly the same size. I would stay here again if I couldn't find anything else nearby, but this wouldn't be my first choice in the future if I had other options.
