Positive: The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I would especially like to thank all the service staff for their kindness and excellent service. The animation team were also friendly and did their best to entertain the guests. My room was really nice, clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was convenient.
Negative: Although there was a lot of variety in the food, unfortunately the taste was not quite suitable for Turkish tastes. The food options were also quite similar from day to day, so there could have been more variety. The sea was quite cloudy and didn’t really feel connected to the hotel. There was also no food or drink service directly by the beach, so we had to return to the hotel whenever we wanted something. By the time we came back, our drinks were often no longer cold. The animation team did their best, but there were not enough staff to provide a wider range of activities.

Positive: The staff was super nice at reception. The waiter who took care of us at the restaurant was also really sweet. I like that they're close to the beach and have several pools you can enjoy.
Negative: My room was at edge of the hotel and it gets super loud with the shows that go on at night next door.
