Positive: We really enjoyed the interior and the space inside. Also liked the balcony shared rooms. The outdoor seating and the whole property felt very much homely.
Negative: The furniture inside the washroom could have been taken care of as felt it was kind of rotten.

Positive: The house was very well decorated and clean so were the rooms however the room had not toiletries, bath and hand towels, toilet paper We had to ask for each and every item . However Pieru was very sweet and responded promptly to our needs . Peiru was very sweet and helped us with coffee
Negative: Not having the caretaker on site is an inconvenience. Our toilet flush was not working properly. To address this kind of staff tge caretaker has to be on site. If this place is like a home stay they should make some arrangement for meals - ok for additional cost Rooms must be equipped with basic items should not have to ask for each and every item

Positive: Well kept, nicely decorated guesthouse in a cul de sac off the mainroad leading to Hampi Bazar, situated in a local neighbourhood. Definetely one of the nicer places in Hampi. Filtered water was always available, individually composed breakfast on order, lunch/dinner could be ordered from a nearby restaurant. Peeru, the host, would always go and get it and also help with taxis/rikshaws, recommendations etc.

Positive: The homestay was as described and shown on the website. Our room was very comfortable and a good size. We loved the shared balcony outside our room and the roof terrace with covered seating area. Host was very welcoming and there is a kitchen/dining area that guests can use including a fridge. Was a very comfortable stay.
Negative: As with many homestays and in Hampi as a whole you can only pay in cash or indian paytm which is a probelm for international tourists. We were travelling with an indian guide so not too much of a probelm for us. The homestay was on the more expensive side for Hampi but having trawlled the internet looking at dozens of properties it was worth it although not the easiest of places to find. The outside area was more built up than the impression given on booking.com but the additional trees were welcome.
Summary: Comfortable homestay with lovely outside terraces.

Positive: Staff was really nice and friendly
Negative: Location is difficult to reach because there is no proper road. There was power cut at the middle of night due to which AC turned off and after a while fan also went off. Property looks good, but it can be maintained better. Therefore, the price felt on the higher side compared to the actual experience
