Summary: Just had an issue with contacting management company regarding a minor issue. I got an answering machine and left a message. No one returned my call. There was a man who came to the house in the middle of the week, claiming he was from the management company. He had no identification from the company, he was stating that he was there for a problem with the trash. We never called about trash!!! I was home alone at the time, it was very uncomfortable for me to be alone without any notification that this person was coming to the house. One of the doors to the bathroom was off the tracks and i wanted to report it to the management company so they did not hold us responsible as it was inoperable from the start. To this point no one has ever contacted me.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable. Cute decor. Only a couple suggestions to make our stay a bit better; that would’ve been more than one washcloth for each and soap by the sinks in the two bathrooms. Otherwise, it was great. Thanks!!!
