Positive: Great hotel and brilliant staff. Good restaurants and quality food.

Negative: There was a wedding going on, and we had very loud music until early in the morning. Since we had to get up early to visit Taj Mahal, we were extremely tired. The hotel should not be accepting any other guests when there is a loud marriage going on, or they should at least mention it before you confirm the booking. Without the marriage noise, I would have given them a 9.

Positive: 1. Helpful and courteous staff 2. Great for overall family stay. There is something for everyone, every age at the hotel. 3. Comfortable rooms.

Negative: 1. There was some kind of stench coming in some rooms. However the staff was courteous enough to help us out with a change of rooms. 2. Itc next door feels more plush at lesser cost. We however opted this because of the game zone here
