Summary: I booked this hotel for a party of six visiting friends. The hotel is clean and the staff are very accommodating. The standard rooms do vary. Three rooms were booked, two were very small and one was larger but very noisy due to being over the street, albeit tastefully decorated and very clean. Eight of us dined in the hotel on the Saturday evening and the food was excellent and the staff were very attentive. The bar closed at 12 and it was nice to be able to have a drink on the premises after dinner was finished. We did have to wait a very long time for our breakfast on the Sunday morning. We waited over one hour to be served. Whilst the food was good, it was too long to wait for breakfast when you are heading home. Other than the breakfast taking so long, it was a pleasant stay.

Summary: The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Good linen on beds and lovely shower. Bigger bath towels would be my only recommendation.

Summary: Very pleased with our room and also delighted with the staff! Our family room was lovely and newly refurbished. We also enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant and our breakfast was v good.

Summary: The family room was great except the double room overlooks the kitchen extractor. I assume this is why there is air conditioning units in both rooms. However this didn’t stop the kitchen smell constantly in the room and all our belongings now smell of it.
