Positive: We (parents with boys 14 and 17) loved the hotel. For us it was such a great location close to Chania, close to a great beach, supermarkets, minimarkets, car rentals, restaurants, laundry service (not self laundry).. just all you need. We visited the Agia Marina also but we liked our location much better as it is not so busy. Our host, Jerry was really great and helpful, always there for anything you need. The restaurant had great food and good prices, so we used it quite a lot for lunch when staying home by the pool. There were always available sunbeds (for all 4 of us) but note that you have to bring your own towels for the sunbed/beach (the hotel towels are only for shower - and it is very understandable). I loved that there was some beach stuff and air mattresses by the pool for everyone to use, and we could leave what we bought for the next hotel guests. I wish this was a standard at all hotels with pool/beach. Everything worked fine although we did not cook but we used the fridge and the little freezer, coffee machine and the kettel. This was our first time in Crete and if/when we go back to the Chania area then this will be our choice. We can highly recommend everything. Best, Sonja - Johann and the boys.

Negative: Maybe a some hangers/shelves in the bedroom, there is a closet but it did not fit the clothes for all 4 of us.

Positive: Υπέροχο κατάλυμα πολύ φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι κ ευγενικοί! Καθαρό δωμάτιο κ άνετο. Τοποθεσία πολύ βολική 15λ μακριά από το κέντρο των Χανίων πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ κ ότι άλλο χρειαστείς εκτός του καταλύματος.

Negative: Το μόνο που μας δυσκόλεψε λίγο ήταν το μαξιλάρι στον ύπνο καθώς ήταν πολύ σκληρό κ άβολο αλλά κατά τα άλλα σούπερ !

Positive: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A hotel we'll never forget! We had an amazing 14-day stay at Jechrina Hotel, and we can recommend it without hesitation. What impressed us the most were the people. Yanna and her husband, their son Jerry, and his wife Veronica made us feel like part of their family from the very first day. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care made our holiday truly special. The hotel's Piato Restaurant also deserves top marks. The food prepared by Yanna and her wonderful team was simply outstanding. It was so delicious that we chose to eat around 75% of all our meals there during our stay. Much of the hotel has recently been renovated, and the rooms are beautiful and finished to a very high standard. We stayed on the ground floor with direct access to the restaurant and the lovely swimming pool, which was perfect for our family. The rooms were spotlessly clean throughout our stay thanks to the excellent housekeeping. The location is another major advantage. The beautiful sandy beach is only a 2–3 minute walk away, the bus stop is just 50 metres from the hotel with frequent buses to both Chania and Platanias, and a well-stocked supermarket is only 30 metres away. There were five of us on this holiday—my wife and I, our two daughters aged 10 and 14, and my 79-year-old mother—and every one of us had a wonderful time. Jechrina Hotel gave us memories that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. We will truly miss Yanna, Jerry, Veronica, and everyone else who works at the hotel. We sincerely hope to return one day. Thank you for giving us a holiday we will never forget. 5 out of 5 stars—for both the hotel and the wonderful people who own and run it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Et hotell vi aldri kommer til å glemme! Vi hadde et fantastisk 14 dagers opphold på Jechrina Hotel, og kan anbefale det på det varmeste. Det som gjorde størst inntrykk var menneskene.
