Negative: Needed more trees to shade the cabins down by the small pond, would help with keeping the cabin cooler and not over working the AC as it froze up a couple of times.

Positive: The scenery and a lot of activities for my kids to do. The pool area and fishing was fun.

Negative: Some activities you have to have a fun pass,which we did pay a pretty good amount to be able to stay in a cabin .no towels, linens provided..
