Positive: This was a perfect flat if in Castries for work. But, you must have wheels as apart from a very handy supermarket there is nothing nearby. It’s a long walk to the nearest half decent restaurant.

Negative: Its location. If you haven’t got wheels. Forget it.

Summary: Great if you have wheels and are staying for work.

Positive: JemmRose is a treasure of a place to stay. Great location, very responsive and kind management, suite was clean and beautiful, everything updated. Grocery store walkable 3 min away. Very happy with the stay!!

Positive: First, let me say that Janell was a lovely manager to deal with. She was friendly and available. Next we love that the AC was in the bedrooms. understandable why it was wasn't in the living area because we did get some fresh, cool breeze through the windows and there is a fan. The location of Sunny Acres is great. There are a Massy Supermarket and KFC right there. Also the beaches are within walking distance. The photos are just as in person. The beds were great and great for my back. I say that because I've been on some back breaking [I have chronic back pain] ones. The rooms including the bathroom were quite spacious. The living room and kitchen have everything you need.

Negative: There was only one thing I didn't like and that was the drive or walk up to the building. That is some hill. however, that wasn't a deterent because the space is worth it.

Summary: My family and I loved our 6 days stay there and would definitely go back.

Positive: the decor and location of the property was excellent. the host was very friendly and communicated effectively and efficiently to our requests.

Negative: The bed was too hard and uncomfortable... the wifi was not strong enough or consistent for streaming Netflix movies, which was the only source of entertainment in the apartment

Positive: Loved the property. It was clean, easily held my partner and I, and Janell the host was personable, flexible and easy to get hold of. The location was great - far enough away from the action that it was incredibly quiet at night, but easy to access by taxi or bus. The apartment is on a bus route that goes from Castries, through Rodney Bay and up to Gros Islet. Very economical way to get around as fares start at 1.75EC. There is a Massy supermarket less than 2 minutes walk door to door from the apartment, so we were able to get groceries and cook some of our meals.

Negative: The only negative was that there were no blackout blinds in the bedroom. It would have been nice for those lazy mornings. But honestly I had to think hard about a downside.

Summary: Relaxing, self contained apartment with a wonderful property manager.
