Positive: Friendly staff and great location. Other than sound from the neighboring unit, no complaints about a clean and comfortable room. The skylight shower is terrific, too.
Negative: Only downside was that sound travels clearly between the units nearby and the pleasant Sand Dollar room where I stayed. A little sound insulation would have been helpful.

Positive: The floor was tilted. Got out a level and the building (1 room cottage on stilts) was leaning. Not cool.
