Positive: The location was perfect for me. It is right at the entrance to Jerusalem. So it was easy to leave to go to the airport. Also the staff, especially Mary, were helpful and friendly. Mary patiently answered many questions and came out to the parking area when I needed assistance there. This is a warm comfortable place to stay.

Summary: This hotel may be big, but it is friendly like a small inn.

Positive: location location location. Mary was excellent as well providing us with a warm welcome. It is right next to the train station as well as the bus station. You can also go to Jaffa Street and go towards the kotel or anywhere you want with the train. was just superb and i would love to go again. When I arrived, they had finger foods and water to eat. the decor is very cool. The beds were very comfortable.

Negative: nothing. Everything is great there. I stayed at many Jerusalem hotels and would rank this the best given its location. for the money it doesn't beat it.
