Positive: Ideal location - close to coast and a number of local bars and restaurants. Easy to get bus to busier areas via bus if we felt like it. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal for for us - close to coast and numerous bars and restaurants. All in all a great stay.
Negative: We were perfectly happy.
Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't use the pool as weather wasn't that great but it did look nice

Positive: Lovely stay with my 8 year old daughter. Great location, great value and only a short walk from the beach and centre. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and it was a very quiet complex right next to an excellent bar/cafe/restaurant called 'the Hidden Gem'. The apartment got quite warm at times but I chose not to go for the extra cost of the air conditioning as the unit was located in the lounge, I'm not sure if this would cool the bedroom down but it probably would and if I stayed again I would pay the extra cost per day to use it. The owners were excellent, very friendly and quick to reply to any queries, allowing us a late check out was a major help (thank you Irina&David). I would recommend to friends and family for sure.
Negative: Not really a problem but the water was quite cold and this isn't a criticism of Jesnery Home but I didn't like seeing caged parakeets next to the pool.

Positive: Location of apartment was great only about 7 min walk to the beach, shops and bars. Complex was quiet, perfect for a sleeping toddler. Owner was on hand to deal with any questions. Hope to be back again sometime.

Positive: Communication with owner was excellent, friendly and very efficient . Would definitely stay here again, and will be recommending to family and friends. We loved everything about our stay. Convenient to shops , restaurants and sea. The apartment exceeded our expectations , had everything we needed and was very clean, tidy and well equipped. Matagorda has stolen our heart, and we can’t wait to come back ❤️ Thank You for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment x

Positive: Location was great less than 7 mins walk to beach/commercial centre. Complex was secure,private & clean. The apt was an upper floor at the end of the terrace which was quiet. It overlooked the roof of The Hidden Gem bar/restaurant & pool area with nice views toward the sea. The large fridge was great to have. Well equipped with hob,kettle,toaster,fridge,freezer & microwave. The bathroom was lovely with a nice walk in shower, & hairdryer. A little welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch.The bedroom had twin beds which were comfortable. (The pillows not so much but didn’t bother us too much) The TV had good channels (we didn’t use too often) WiFi was good. Really good wardrobe storage with plenty of hangers. Iron,ironing board & free standing fan supplied. The balcony had good table & chairs with parasol. Our son slept really well on the comfortable sofa bed in living area. Plenty of towels available for use.Apt had air con (with a charge of €5 per day) we didn’t avail as our trip was in Oct & there was a nice cool breeze with doors open. The Hidden Gem bar/restaurant on site is a great addition. Staff were super friendly & food was fresh & tasty. Beers lovely & cold. Communication with host was excellent.
