Summary: Had very nice outdoor covered parking. Nothing that defines a 4-star hotel is accurate with Jet. Thinking it was a pretty good price for a 4-star hotel instead was a very expensive 2.5 star hotel. Most disappointing stay of my 15 nights in Italy.

Summary: Reception staff (especially on arrival - didn’t get his name: but he was so helpful and a credit to the hotel) v good Room was clean, well appointed & comfy One suggestion: operate a shuttle service to/from airport. €15-20 is a lot to pay a taxi for a 5 minute drive

Summary: I was on a business trip. Good service. Very small room. The phone was not working and I had not water in the room. They have supplied, however I had to go downstairs to pick it up as the phone wasn’t working. Overall good, good position if you are travelling earlier from Turin.

Summary: Clean, amazing staff, comfortable bed, nice outside seating area. We arrived at 2am, and they were SO NICE about it! And very close to the airport but not noisy! Will stray again.
