Positive: The hospitality was wonderful and welcoming!! Was kinda cool to see the places take off and land at the airport
Negative: We felt like the cleanliness of it could use some improvement. The fridge was really hard to open and close. It would also have been nice to have the listing disclose that the family lives below, as we could hear a lot till very late in the evening, like midnight, 1am. The towel holder and toilet paper holders were loose, and the doors were squeaky, and some were a bit tough to open. The light switches were really dirty, and the floors were covered in paint. And not the cleanest. And the window view near the kitchen looked out onto garbage and household waste. The deck had a cat litter box on it. There was a yard, but it wasn't maintained to be usable. The blood stains on the blinds were kinda gross. And the TV was great but only usable if you have your own accounts for things. It would have been nice to have a mattress off the carpet, hygienically, bacteria and mold can develop from it being on the carpet and not on a frame to have proper flow. There was no fitted sheet on our bed and the crib was newly stained which was nice they provided it but the smell of the stain was rather overwhelming for us to have the baby in it.
Summary: Family was super kind but the upkeep and cleanliness needs work.

Positive: I stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, a pleasant stay – I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others.

Positive: The hospitality was top notch, and the hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The home was really clean and equipped with all the comforts of home....it was great to be able to do laundry, make home cooked meals and just relax! There was more than enough room for our group of 5, and so much better than getting 2 hotel rooms! location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with amenities and c-train access close by! Thank you kindly for an exceptional visit & stay!
Negative: It's worth mentioning that there is no air conditioning, but fans throughout the home keep the place cool. The only real downside to our stay was that we couldn't stay longer!

Positive: My family of 6 had a comfortable home away from home stay with all our needs met. It had 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen which made it convenient to have breakfast and head out for the day. The owner was responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable (even providing an air conditioner for the master bedroom when it was really hot). Fully furnished- had bedding and extras as well as towels. The location had grocery stores very close by where we shopped for groceries.
Negative: It was far from where we wanted to be- Banff area but for good value for money and we had to drive close to 2-3 hours everyday to sightsee.
