Summary: Room, bed, bathroom were very nice, definitely would book again. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the robot that delivers orders to the room. The downsides were the wifi was not very good and we had to use cell service instead, and also booked this because the advertise laundry but it is a service and they charge by the piece.

Summary: Great hotel and great lovation. We stayed in the Pacific Tower. Very good service, very good food at the breakfast buffet, nice , clean and well maintained room and facilities. Very service minded staff, good pool and fitness facilities. We will be back next time we visit Nanjing again.

Summary: Excellent service, excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, especially the concierge, Odette Pan. She arranged a private art tour of the art located around the hotel’s premises for me and explained the hotel’s history and design. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling to Nanjing!

Summary: I stayed there a few nights like last Sept, I am always impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, heart of the city, walking distance to all kind of shopping centers and restaurants; convenient to go anywhere by public transportation.
