Positive: We wanted to spend some quiet time next to the sea, and this is exactly what we got. The host contacted us via whatsup (within 5 min from our message!): very friendly, panctual, provided information for places to visit around, gave clear instructions and allowed us to checkin 1 hour earlier. The location is excellent. Quiet, directly on the beach. The water is very clean, there is a nice huge terrace that you use to sunbathe (there are sunbeds). We used the sunbeds on the beach and enjoyed also a glass of wine under the stars. just 15 meters from the window there is a rocky pebble beach. We had waterprood shoes and it was really easy to walk and swim. The apartment itself was amazing. each room equipped with aircondition, everything new and stylish. The host provided some local delicacies (food, drinks). Cleanliness: 10/10. We had previsouly been in Kastri (village 5 min drive away) and we loved it: Greek relaxing summer mood, excellent food and cossy places to have a coffee or cocktails. As i am from Crete living abroad we always take some time to visit the South. this was definitely a highlight. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Positive: It’s the perfect house to enjoy the calmness and beauty of southern Crete! If you are looking for a place far away from all the tourists, this is it! It’s very modern, totally clean, new appliances, fully equipped kitchen. It’s perfect for a couple or really close friends (since it’s not a big house). The host is very supportive and answers all questions, gives recommendations and try to fulfill all your needs. The little presents you receive arriving there are also a big plus and more then we ever experienced at this price range! Of course the main reason to stay here is the almost „private“ beach, right behind the house. There is nothing more beautiful than to wake up to the sound of the sea, and seeing it first thing in the morning! Would definitely recommend for everyone just looking to relax and enjoy the Greek sun and sea!
Negative: Nothing really, just things to be aware of: - the area is quite „isolated“, a car is a definitive must. There are some really nice taverns in the villages around, going to other parts of the islands might take some time (the way down the hills to the Keratokampos area is quite adventurous if you aren’t a experienced driver). Would recommend stocking up on groceries in bigger supermarkets in the big cities (Heraklion probably because it’s near the airport) before going to the house. - There is not much shadow on the terrace and in the garden, there is an fixed umbrella in the garden. It got quite windy during our stay though, so we couldn’t really use it. So bring enough sun protection! - And bring Water Shoes! Going into the sea without it could be quite uncomfortable, cause it’s completely stones. There are other beaches really near though that are a lot more sandy.
Summary: Perfect place to enjoy calmness and relaxation!

Positive: Its a place to isolate if you want. The apartment offers all the things that you need to stay. The owner left us some welcome drinks and a pleasant surprise for breakfast. The house has a nice design and its next to the coast. In a few kilometres there is the village Kastri with many taverns with good food and affordable prices. Outside the house (in the garden) there is everything you need to sit next to the coast and enjoy the sound of the sea.
Negative: Everything was great! Just a couple of observations: 1. There is no washing machine. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be useful for guests staying longer than a week. That said, the place is so nice and calm that you can easily spend your days in a swimsuit! 2. If it’s windy, be cautious when swimming at the coast in front of the house due to the rocks. In such cases, it’s better to visit the beaches located 1–2 km to the east.
