Positive: We ended our Morocco trip at Jnane Allia and it was the perfect way to finish. A true oasis: lush, green, tree-lined grounds, two pools, resident turtles and cats wandering about. The kind of place that makes you slow down the moment you arrive. Our suite was spacious and opened directly onto the pool. The hammam and massages were excellent, exactly what you want after days of exploring the Medina. What really made the stay was Yassine, the hotel manager. He went above and beyond in every interaction and made us feel genuinely looked after. That kind of hospitality is rare and it's what we'll remember most. We'll be back. No question.
Negative: The one thing we missed: oat milk. A small ask, but for dairy-free coffee drinkers it would make a real difference.

Positive: Breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and willing to go for that extra mile
Negative: 1, Lighting in the room needed to be brighter 2, Definitely needed more sockets/USB by the bed side 3, No iron in the room 4, No TV in the room 5, Internet was terrible in the room, almost no internet during the day, signal got better after midnight , but it went off again by 5-6am. 6, Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, in the total wilderness , so be prepared to pay for the hotel shuttle bus if you want to go anywhere We occupied four rooms in the hotel and we all had the same problems

Positive: Wonderful staff, nothing was too much to ask from on the property, in the dining room, driving into town. Delicious food, relaxing place to stay. Comfortable rooms. Couldn't have been more satisfied!
