Positive: Jnane Rihane is like paradise, a home away from home, literally. To arrive at a hotel and be welcomed by the staff is an expected standard, but to have the owner embrace you like family is very rare and was a pleasant surprise, Hussein was amazing and attentive to guests. He gave us complimentary drinks and food. The surrounding gardens around the hotel are well maintained and gorgeous, with well thought through plant arrangements. All the staff were kind, professional & always checking on us. A big shout out to Ismail, Abdel and one of the evening male waiter whose name I have forgotten & reception lady. They all went above and beyond when assistance was needed. On our last day we were leaving very early for our flight and they went out of their way to prepare breakfast outside designated times for us, to ensure that we didn't leave hungry. My family and I loved this hotel and we highly recommend it, it literally is paradise. We're so glad we booked this place.

Positive: Everything. From the moment we arrived it felt like stepping into a hidden oasis, lush gardens, palm trees, and a beautiful pool that made the whole place feel like a private paradise. The setting is genuinely luxurious without being stiff. The staff stood out the most: warm, attentive, and endlessly helpful, always going the extra mile to make us feel looked after. And the food was outstanding, fresh, flavourful, with plenty of options to choose from at every meal. A real highlight of the stay.
Negative: Honestly, nothing. The only downside was having to leave. If anything, I just wish we’d booked more than one night.
