Positive: Excellent location and great room. Enjoyed having a kitchen and sitting room as well as a nice bedroom. Took advantage of the pool which was convenient, not too busy, and had a deep end , next to large work out exercise area. Staff happy to accommodate early arrival and always helpful. Location is immediately next to the Bellagio and the Cosmopolitan so on the strip for a very reasonable rate. Surrounded by Casinos so nice not to have go through lobby maze . A definite winner and a happy recommendation
Negative: Minor quibbles, small store useful but not a market , lack of immediate shopping limited food prep options . Would suggest a starter pack of seasoning. Kitchen was well equipped for a service of four.

Positive: The location was the best, central and close to everything. We stayed in one bedroom suite-it was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped. There was no casino in this hotel, which we liked. It was adjacent to Cosmpolitan and we were able to use their pool, which was amazing.
Negative: Wi-fi was spotty

Negative: Self Park is so confusing! It’s located on B3 level of Cosmopolitan parking lot. The sign to enter Jockey Club from the strip is tiny compared to other hotel signs. Reception is also pretty hidden and the elevators to Jockey Club from inside Cosmopolitan hotel is also pretty hidden. It’d be nice if signs inside the Cosmopolitan said “Jockey Club” Bed pillows were too firm and the King bed on room 284 is old and falling apart

Positive: Location was great and is perfect for families! Facility is clean and we loved the convenience of having a kitchen in the room. Parking is free which makes it easier on the budget especially when you're in Vegas.
Negative: Customer service at check-in could use some work on hospitality. We barely got any smiles from them or any kind of welcoming. Also....We arrived on a Wednesday and it was empty, hardly anyone was there. Our room was on the top floor but facing a wall. We were not given a room with a view at all which was very disappointing since you could tell there were hardly any people around

Positive: What can I say, we had a fantastic 13 night stay at this hotel. A family of four, our kids were 13 and 11 at the time of travelling and the hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. The suite was very spacious, we had an en-suite room and the kids slept on a huge pull out couch in the living room. Both rooms had their own TV and wifi was perfect. But the location of the hotel was the best. A 2 minute walk out the main entrance brings you onto the main strip at the Cosmopolitan/Bellagio fountains area. Our room looked directly onto the Bellagio fountains and the lights of the main strip. Every night we would sit at the table looking out the large window at the Bellagio fountain display and beautiful lights of the strip. These will be memories never forgotten. The staff were so helpful and friendly. A fully equipped kitchen allowed us to make our breakfast every morning and there is also a coffee machine. The bonus was the small shop onsite in the hotel which has everything from souvenirs to milk, OJ, bread, eggs, noodles etc. which are very reasonably priced compared to the other shops on the strip. The pool is heated and steam room is fab. There is also an ice machine near the pool if ice is needed for the suite. The lift in the Jockey Club also opens up into the Cosmopolitan which is very convenient when we had to arrange pick up for tours and Lyfts to different locations. The Deuce bus which travels up and down the strip as far as Freemont drops off and picks up on the strip, 2 min walk from the hotel. And the ticket kiosks for this bus are at these bus stops. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for it's fantastic central location and those amazing views. Thank You so much Jockey Club, you gave us so much happiness and very very fond memories.
