Positive: Good location. Good air-con.
Negative: The property would benefit from some DIY, little things but they matter. The blinds were falling down when we tried to use them. Toilet doorhandle was the same.

Positive: Returning from sea holidays during Boris storm in Europe, with huge wind and rain. Temperature outside dropped to +7. Joe met us with warm (heating was on) and hospitality. Thank you, Josef Apartments were renovated recently, attic was furnished for kids, with toys. Our kids were happy to play here

Negative: The owner certainly tries, but the surroundings (courtyard, hallway) are very neglected, old, and create a poor impression. Given the fantastic reviews, we expected more. We were mentally prepared for the stairs from the reviews, as it is an attic. The outdoor tiles are very dangerous (a broken leg hazard). The apartment needs a thorough cleaning (kitchen drawers, etc.). It's bearable for a one-night stay, and the price is okay. We received two apples and one banana for five people 🙂. Parking is only on the street, so we were worried about our belongings. In the kitchen, we couldn't find a small knife or a peeler. In this heat, we would have appreciated water in the fridge and a cooled room instead of Turkish coffee. The shower sprayed water everywhere and needs repair! The towels were rough and lacked fabric softener. Smell in the bathroom.
