Positive: + Great location, very central on Commercial street, easy to get to and from, close to main points of interest. Despite being on main street, the bedroom face the back so does not get all the noise. + Appartment accurate to pictures, very good size for 2 people, all necessary amenities and furniture, very clean and comfortable overall. TVs located in the living room and bedroom. Big bedroom with quite large bed. + WiFi may seem a bit wonky at first but actually works well, with slightly better reception in the living-room. Standard 30Mbits speed.

Negative: - Just one AC portable unit set in the living/dining room window. The bedroom could surely have an additional one, as summer can get quite warm and humid. I still could sleep with the slightly cooler night temperature and one window opened, but you may want to be aware if you need non-summer cooler temperature to sleep. - Some could say the bathroom was a little tiny. I am used to small bathrooms and it offered everything needed and working perfectly, but be aware of that if you are expecting a big 2 people hotel bathroom. - Price can seem a little high for some, however it seems accurate to market (as the area does not offer big resort alternatives), and a big chunk of the total price also seems to go for local taxes.

Positive: Location is great!!! It’s spacious for 2 people. Kitchenette is a good to have to make breakfast or throw something in the oven.

Negative: No coffee pods or instant coffee provided. Wifi didn’t work. Floors are carpeted and are dirty. Pressure in the shower is not that great. Furniture is quiet old. Place definitely needs some renovations. There was also a lot of dust in the corners. They only give 1 key although the booking is for 2. Air conditioning is not that great but it works. The window in the bedroom brings nice breeze. If I am paying ~1700 for 3 nights I’d expect much better place to live and therefore listing all the flaws. The pricing is too high for the place as it only looks good in pictures.
