Summary: fun little hotel, the room upgrade isn’t worth it, however it is well priced for the experience with the water slide and arcade.

Summary: So the biggest draw to this hotel as a family of five was obviously the pool. They have a beautiful set up with a swimming area and a fun little pirate ship with a drawbridge. There is a small but very fast waterslide that my kids very much enjoyed. There is a very nice and sunny deck off the side of the pool where you can sit and soak up the sun with some coffee and let the kids splash. There is a hot tub as well, which it was a little bit. Funny to feel like you were walking the plank into this hot tub. I would not recommend that people with mobility issues try the hot tub, though because you might struggle with the stairs. They are under renovations, hoping to bring a restaurant to the facility soon. I’m sure it’ll be great but there’s no shortage of easily walkable restaurants and coffee nearby. You don’t even have to DoorDash anything. The staff is so kind. We were actually looking at staying at the property more than once and did so after our event in Marshfield it is a nice place to relax.

Summary: Staff, room and location were all great and much better value compared to the other hotel that is also close to the waterfront. I was a little disappointed that the on site restaurant was closed for renovations and in room safes would have been a nice touch but overall was very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Hotel was perfectly located in Plymouth and very family friendly. Had some renovations going on but that was clearly stated and was aware that would be the case. All and all, it didn’t affect our stay one bit. Would book this hotel again.

Summary: The hotel is undergoing a remodel. Despite that, our rooms we're clean and updated, the pool was a great way to relax and the staff were very friendly. There was a lot of great dining a short walk feom the hotel. Glad we stayed here. Would go again.

Summary: Very good experience here and my kids love it. We have been visiting for the past 3 years and each experience has been pleasant. We are disappointed that the restaurant closed and are anxiously awaiting the new one. The only negative I can think of is that we prefer a 2nd floor room for easy access to the pool and arcade. This last trip we were on the 3rd floor quite a ways down the hall. Can’t beat the pirate ship slide and super warm pool though, no matter where your room is 😉

Summary: This place is a gem. The staff are all lovely. Right downtown and walkable within minutes to all of the historic sites. Old town square is right behind the building and a very short 5 minute walk to amazing sites. Cannot recommend this enough. They are going through a renovation but it was barely noticeable. And the pool is the best hotel pool we’ve ever seen.

Summary: We’ve had better experiences in this hotel. This visit did not meet our expectations. The pool slide wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed before we left. There was only one small wastebasket in the bathroom. There should’ve been one in the main room as well. The hotel is undergoing renovations but our room wasn’t very clean, not like it normally is. We weren’t very impressed this time.

Summary: Pros beds and room was comfortable and clean. The location was great. Cons the water slide was not working major reason I had chosen that hotel and you could easily hear the people in the next room. Also the TV didn’t work. They would have sent somebody but I didn’t care that much.
