Positive: Nice view very quiet loved the private beach

Negative: All beds old and uncomfortable furniture very old and outdated leaks and a must run dehumidifier at all times.

Summary: It was a very nice area beautiful sunsets and very peaceful

Positive: Nice neighborhood. Ample space , lovely porch.

Negative: The property needs some updating. Carpet was dirty, but the rest looked clean. There is “stuff” everywhere stacked around and in front of the fireplace. No usable pots and pans. No hair dryer. FYI, the master bath toilet is hooked up to the hot water line. A problem with the coded entry lock. We had to get a key.

Summary: We have family in the neighborhood and there is room to have guests for dinner. Nice area.
