Summary: Check-in was not smooth. The room was not ready and then when they said it was ready it was not the room I reserved with 2 queen beds. Instead they offered an “upgrade” with a king bed and a roll away bed and $200, because they were oversold. However, I was with my husband and 2 teenage children. I was disappointed and refused the “offer.” They did what they could to rectify it by literally moving a queen bed into the room where we were staying. It worked out. At the end everyone had a proper bed to sleep on and it was satisfactory.

Summary: even though its 'all inclusive', no one tells you a lot of the menu isn't included (even mediocre wine) until you get the bill. This happened over and over until you check out and get a shock. This hotel should not be all inclusive.

Summary: The breakfast buffet was amazing and the room that overlooked the ocean was the perfect stay!

Summary: The entire resort and our room were spotless. We especially loved the breakfast, delicious tropical drinks, and nachos on the beach. We never had any trouble getting loungers at the pool or beach. Perfect getaway! One note: there is not an ATM on the property and most of the taxis only take cash, so be prepared!
