Positive: The location, the beautiful view of the square and being in the center of city life. I love the decor and old historic feeling. The rain shower was great!
Negative: Floors were pretty dirty when we walked on bare feet but I think that’s because the windows (floor to ceiling) are open all the time on summer.
Summary: Beautiful apartment to spend a few days in Genova as a family of 6!

Positive: This is a true gem! Location is in the heart of the city - pretty much all the attractions are walkable even for 8y olds… It’s an incredible flat (relatively huge master bedroom with a spacious bathroom plus two additional bedrooms and a lot of living space) that has been somewhat redecorated for short term lease (low end Ikea), but still has a lot of pieces from the original use, including art. Overlooking the cathedral (a couple of meters away) and it’s square the living experience is surreal. Can’t imagine a better experience.
Negative: Some things would require renovation - dishwasher door is loose (kitchen is nowhere near the once luxurious standard of the apartment), boiler can go off and you need to restart with a tool provided by the kind people from the agency. Air conditioning/heating system would benefit from cleaning. It’s an ancient building and the elevator is really slow and noisy - stare case is the original marble (but really not in optimal condition). None of this made any difference to our rather perfect stay, but I am pointing out everything, because I’m giving the place a maximum recommendation 😊
Summary: Can’t imagine a better place to visit Genoa. Kids want to come back asap.
