Positive: The location was perfect and the apartment was very comfortable. Elise was very kind and easy to communicate with. Would stay again!
Negative: While we were thrilled with our stay, the shower drain barely worked and the toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet anymore. A few extras would have made the stay more comfortable, such as a bedside lamp and a hand towel in the bathroom, as well as something on the door to mark which apartment is the right one since there aren't any numbers on the apartment doors.

Negative: There was some noise from neighbours, but it didn't affect our stay but might have for those wanting more peace and quiet.

Negative: Poorly maintained: shower doors don’t close properly, so pools of water on the floor; all dishes in the kitchen are chipped, curtains rail in one of the bedrooms was broken… Another subject is how the apartment is (not) cleaned: stains on the door in the bedroom, layers on dust on the radiator and ventilation in the bathroom, a cherry on the top - a plate with dry and molded remains of food in the microwave

Positive: The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable although we are used to a 6 ft bed so found the standard double a bit small. The garage was just big enough for our Volvo XC70
Negative: It was on the third floor and didn’t have a lift so no good for anyone with mobility issues. The stairs and paintwork were very shabby & gave a poor impression so the apartment was a relief as first impression worried us. To get the garage key involved walking up to the third floor to get it from the key safe
Summary: Good value as we didn’t want to spend a lot on accommodation.
