Summary: Arrived on a hot summer day to find that the rooms are left hot with a tiny Window AC unit that was turned off. Had to turn it on and leave for 3-4 hours for the room to just be bearable. No hair dryer. Towels felt wet, maybe they were old or just out of the wash? Beds are STIFF No elevators. Friendly staff.

Summary: The desk clerk when we arrived was very courteous. The room was clean but there were several major problems. Most importantly, the toilet did not flush and was constantly running. I brought this to the attention of the staff and it was NEVER fixed!! In addition, the internet would not connect in our room until we were ready to check out. I also brought this to the attention of the staff and was told that the facility router would be re-positioned. If this was done, it did not remedy the problem. I would discourage anyone from staying at this hotel.

Summary: The rooms were very small and the hotel accommodations were old. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. Their was no elevator, which would have been better since my knees have been replaced. The staff did help me carry my luggage upstairs. The location appeared questionable. Although the hotel cannot necessarily control things outside its walls, maybe some security walking outside would have stopped the couple having sex about 10 feet from the front door when I arrived very late to check in.

Summary: No elevator and steep old staircase. Not appropriate for older clientele, especially if you have bad knees. Staff was very helpful with luggage and providing any other needs, but one still had to walk up and down those stairs. It is a unique property built in 1929 in a nice setting, but not for "old" folks. Also not enough outlets in an undersized room.

Summary: Great experience. The hotel is one of the cleanest we have been in LI. The neighborhood was safe and it felt like we were guest at a house. We were received very nicely and quick. The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. Its an old Inn so the floors are a bit crooked but nothing major. The bathroom was surprisingly nice for an old Inn. There was no AC (again its an old Inn) but the weather was cool outside so cracked open a window and it was nice. The Inn keeper offered us ventilators if the room got hot but we didn’t need it. It’s a great place for Staying for a day or two. Super nice. I will recommend and i will stay again. 10/10

Summary: This is a really nice hotel, at very reasonable rates, and everything is clean and neat and well cared for, especially the guests. There is a well-reviewed restaurant as well which I didn't eat at, but the menu looks delicious. During my stay I left an expensive item in my room when I flew home, and they were nice enough to put it aside for me and send it right out to me within a day or two. I will be going back for sure.

Summary: Nice place a bit dated but good for a nostalgic stay. Room and bath were clean bed was fresh and comfortable. Good for a short stay and priced well.
