Summary: 6 of us stayed in the cabin and attended an Octoberfest celebration at a private ranch nearby. We had a great time in the cozy cabin. We barbecued bratwurst sausages and fajitas one night.

Summary: Our trip was not the trip that we had planned due to a death in the family but provided us with the quiet that we needed. The cabin is very quaint and cute and the outdoor spaces are very relaxing. The river was not up during our stay but you could tell that it would have been wonderfully relaxing. The kids loved the little loft upstairs

Summary: This house is small but just right for 2 people. Did not need the upstairs bunks. Had all the kitchen utensils needed. The only concern was the totally dry Sabinal River behind it. Property was clean and well-organized…everything in good working order. Quiet and comfortable.

Summary: I didnt know it would be so close to the hiway.about 120 feet. We hoped all we would hear would be nature not passing cars but the cabin was so adorable and had every accommodation. It was a peaceful beautiful stay.
