Positive: Our room was spacious and comfortable with our own private bathroom. The common areas are large and comfortable. Lovely house to stay in. Easy to catch the bus from the end of the street to get around. Great value for money. We were able to drop our bags early before check-in, which was fantastic.

Positive: Beautiful refurbished old home in upscale Vancouver. Handy for getting to the ferry for Victoria with Uber. Felt safe and secure.
Negative: Good communication w/owner ahead of time via Booking.com. However not having owner not on premises led to confusion on how much of the house is available to guests—tv? Kitchen? Living room? Whole house?? 3 other bedrooms in home also held guests using the large house. Bedroom small. No tv in room. No chair in room. Old memory foam mattress sagged. Pillow also memory foam.
Summary: Affordable place to stay in upscale Vancouver. Could use better communication on using premises.

Positive: The location where it is, the owner who was willing to extend help even on Canada Day. The house is big and spacious. I would recommend family and friends to stay on their visit to Vancouver. Moreover, the house had all resources to cook your own food and bbq if anyone loves to host it.
Negative: Neah, that’s a wrong question. I loved my stay.
Summary: Cozy, clean, organized and well equipped exceptionally decent house.

Positive: All good, very spaceful and elegant, full equipped kitchen, jumbo tv, very reactive host.
Negative: Airco should be separately adjusted in the various units, otherwise you never get the right temperature for all tenants.

Negative: There were couple of issues with the property - 1. The flush in the washroom wasn’t filling up fast and its taking nearly 15mins after each flush to fill back, this was a huge issue for us, since we were 4 people in the room and that was like a basic necessity as part of the stay 2. The hot tub that was provided in the bathroom didn’t have the handle for hot water, so there was no way to fill hot water into the tub, so we couldn’t even use this facility. This was also not at all expected. 3. We couldn’t find proper utensils like spoons and plates in the Airbnb which was kind of basic as part of our expectation. For the 1st point, we have reached out to the property during our stay and the only alternate that was suggested was to fill the flush tank manually with external water, which is not at all a comfortable option during your pleasant vacation

Positive: It is at an accessible area with 4 rooms that allow fish free check in. Instructions were clear
Negative: We were given room 3. There was a hole in the bathroom wall but it was stuffed with tissue, the bathroom rack is also loose so it fell off from the wall when used to hang the towels. The water filter had mold and after every use it said change filter and beeped continuously. Also no fan or ac.
