Positive: The staff is very kind, although they do not speak English fluently, they tried to converse, and that for me was a big thing considering that the main language is Turkish. The hotel is stunning! You're gonna love it.

Negative: The rooms smell like cigarettes. I would advise that you perhaps bring a diffuser or room spray. The house keeping is great but I think they allow other people to smoke in their rooms and that smell travels into the other rooms.

Summary: Amazing! It was beginning to feel like home because the staff was welcoming.
