Summary: Great apartment, spacious and nice, great location, easy parking. However, we had a very hard time finding it and checkin instructions were wrong - you just need to navigate to mahane yehuda parking garage on Kiakh, call the guard to open gate (no remote needed), park, then go up to apartment. You can't navigate to building (Yaffo is no cars) and no where to put car while you send someone in to find building/access apartment. Once we figured it out, amazing place to stay!!

Summary: Great location on the light rail line and near makhane Yehuda market. Very quiet and comfortable. A little hard to find and instructions in the unit just in Hebrew. Needs a little maintenance, for example the bathroom trash can lid doesn't open properly, the shower nozzle doesn't sit properly in the holder. Also the nice deck and furniture were dirty with bird droppings. Also no place to store your bags after check out time. Still there is much more to like about this place than to dislike. I would stay here again.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our 3-nights stay at the JTower Jerusalem. Communication with the apartment admin. was great and fluent, the location is unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable and in great condition.

Summary: I stayed several hotels in Israel, some are good, some are ok, but this hotel was the best place, we felt like a home! They have everything what we need in this apartment! I had never been like this! Also the manager was very good communicator, he always there for us & whenever we had a problem (changing light ball) or wanted to communicate with him, he always responded right away! It is very good location & we felt very safe. Also he sent check in information letters a week before, so that we could have all information that we needed! I strongly suggest to travelers who want to stay in Jerusalem! It is the best place!!

Summary: Nice apartment with everything We needed. Can’t beat the location. So near light rail and machane yehuda. Only criticism is with booking glitches. Our apt. Was still occupied when we arrived but they were very accommodating and upgraded us for the bother. Did not seem to be a one off event since someone had been assigned our quarters a day before we were scheduled to leave. Should really try to improve on that. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff we did meet were very nice and accommodating
