Positive: Views. Breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Negative: It’s not the property’s fault but when I booked this hotel I didn’t realize how steep the hill is. If you come via public transportation and you have a luggage, it may be challenging to walk back to the cable car station.

Positive: The team that runs Juhui are awesome, so kind. This is a good-value dorm/cabin-feeling lodging right next to the fabulous Flumserberg Winter Sports facility; gear rental is an easy walk away, as is the gondola that brings you up from the train station.

Summary: Extremely kind hosts, and superb location, with good value shared room for a family of 4.

Positive: It was a stormy, snowy day, and I was welcomed by one of the warmest gentlemen from the reception. They went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable. Whatever I asked, they answered. They also provided an awesome breakfast buffet! On the day of the checkout, I stored my suitcases at the hotel for a few hours to go skiing one last time. When I went back to get my luggage, they had left a couple of fruit on my suitcase, which I found very warm and thoughtful.
