This special place is close to everything, about 5-20 minutes driving to the neighboring towns including St.Catharines, Niagara-on-the-lake , Niagara Falls and Welland, 9 minutes driving to Niagara Outlet mall, 7 minutes to Brock university, making it easy to plan your visit. Located right besides the Welland canal. You can sit at home and see the tranquil beauty of the park.
Our house is newly renovated and combines vintage and modern decor, with large windows to enjoy the view outside. The main floor includes a living room, dining room, and a modern kitchen with full appliances. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms, two of which share a 4-piece bathroom and the third bedroom has its own 3-piece bathroom. All bedrooms are queen size beds with very comfortable mattress , pillows and bedding.
Guest access:
3 bedrooms are on the upper floor, the living room, dining room and kitchen are on the main floor, and guests can move freely on both floors.
The basement is not included in the rental as it is occupied and uses a separate privacy exit. The garage is used as a storage room and guests are not authorized to use it.

The washer and dryer are shared within the building and in the basement.

Parking is available for four cars, with additional free off-street parking if needed. Please be noted overnight street parking are not allowed by the city .
