Positive: The location of this apartment was very convenient - public transport is just around the corner. There were many rooms and beds available. The washing machine worked well. There is a great little grocery right across the street and they serve coffee and have fresh pastries in the morning. There is another grocery around the corner that is open late and is very nice. The building is secure and feels safe.

Negative: 1. The main issue we had was locating it to begin with. The host provides after hours check in. However, the directions to reach the apartment were lacking and without help from locals we would never have found it. For some reason GPS wasn't working well in this neighborhood and our taxi dropped us a block away. It would have been helpful for the host to provide some instructions for finding it, like telling us it's in the same building as the Hotel Mozart. 2. There is a washing machine in the apartment, but there isn't a dryer that's fine but there also isn't a drying rack. There are towel dryers in both bathrooms but they didn't turn on while we were there and the host couldn't provide me with instructions to turn them on. I had to get creative with hanging clothes to dry all over the apartment. A 25 Euro drying rack would make a nice addition to the apartment for guests. Also, making sure the installed towel dryers work and that you provide instructions for how to turn them on would be great. The host wasn't able to tell me how they worked despite sending them pictures so it wasn't an issue of me not being able to figure it out. 3. The beds weren't made. When we arrived duvets were left out of the duvet covers so we had to stuff them and make the beds ourselves. Pillows also weren't in pillow cases. First time I've ever experienced this during travels all over the world. 4. It wasn't very clean. The apartment had lots of dust and cobwebs in different places throughout which wasn't pleasant. 5. The upstairs bed had the slats displaced so we fell through to the floor when first sitting on the bed. Thankfully no injuries occurred and we were able to pull the slats to cover the bedframe so they didn't displace again. 6. During our stay the WiFi was very spotty and when I asked for assistance the host asked me to restart the router.

Summary: Many small things could make this place a very nice stay. Super convenient location.

Positive: Super cool apartment just outside the Vienna CBD. Heaps of space for working, and 2 seperate balconies. Air conditioning was also great.

Positive: The whole apartment was as it is shown in the online booking platform. Every possible facilities you could think for your next trip to Vienna is there in this apartment. Location is also great.

Negative: There were no mops to clean the water on the bathroom floor, which even after asking for was not provided. Could be better if an elevator with higher capacity could be set up instead of the present one (Can fit only 3 people)

Summary: Great option for a week or even longer stay in Vienna
