Beautiful one story home located at the top of the hill above the university! A 4 bedroom 2 bath home. Backyard is landscaped and part covered, furnished with table and BBQ. Home is 10 minutes to Downtown, 7 minutes to University of Nevada Reno, 40 minutes to Lake Tahoe, 12 minute to Reno Tahoe International airport. Home sleeps up to 12 people.
Master bedroom has 2 queen beds and a TV. Also, a full-size bathroom with a large soaking tub, a large shower and double sink.
Bedrooms 2,3 and 4: are furnished with a queen bed.
Second bathroom has large shower /tub and a sink.
Living room: has a queen sofa sleeper, TV, DVD, stereo, CD player.
Dining room: has a large formal dining table with 6 chairs.

Summary: This was the perfect place for us to stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to where we wanted to go. Lots of room for 9 of us plus the dogs. Only complaint is we had to pick up a lot of dog poop from backyard. The previous guests or owners should have made sure this was done before we arrived. Other than that it was perfect.

Summary: The property is great size, my husband, 2 of our adult sons, their wives their 2 babies and I had a wonderful stay. The openness of the home made it perfect, especially with 2 close to 1 yr olds. If you stay in and cook the house is well stocked with enough dishes, pots, pans etc (I've stayed at some places where you have almost no cooking supplies) if not the location is close to lots of options. Also the neighborhood is very nice, safe. Troy is wonderful at communicating with you and responding to any needs that come up. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family Christmas. We came in from Las Vegas and Seattle, meeting up with Reno family. Kids had a great time in the snow in the yard with the dog. Everything was perfect!

Summary: We stayed at this home over the Thanksgiving holiday. Although we booked for 7 to stay at the house, only 5 actually slept at the home, but there were 10 at the home for Thanksgiving day. The large kitchen open to the living room was perfect for our needs. We have 2 large dogs that thoroughly enjoyed the back yard. The beds and sheets were very comfortable! There were a few things that need repairs and a little touch up paint would be nice in a few areas, but overall the house is very nice. There are a few items that this home doesn't have that many other 5 star homes do, but I believe they may still be getting established as a vacation rental. Also, the lighting could stand for some improvements. The lights in the front of the house appear to only be motion detecting and so turn off when no one is out there. This means others can's see the house number at night. And we couldn't figure out how to operate some of the ceiling fan/lights inside as well as the ceiling fan lights on the back patio. Finally, we almost couldn't figure out how to use the stovetop on low because the labeling has been scrubbed off around the dials. Additional instructions for these items would be helpful. Overall, our stay was worth it and we would consider staying here again for our Thanksgiving family gathering.

Summary: Our stay was amazing. The house is so cozy and nice. Beds are really comfortable and plenty of room for all our family and kids. The yard and bbq were so nice. Will stay again for sure!

Summary: The owner Troy was top notch. The house was immaculate. Backyard was over the top great for my dogs who played in the back yard all day, which he has double fenced. He text me back within one minute if I had a question. The location was perfect. Really close to town. yet a million miles away. Highly recommend you stay here. 5 Star!
