Positive: Great location and home very clean and comfortable. All needs catered for and kitchen well equipped with utensils and pots/pans. Large TV and lovely private back patio.
Negative: Ducted air-conditioning extremely noisy and had to switch off at night as kept waking me up. Carpets in bedrooms dirty and stained and really need replacing.

Positive: Good number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Fluffy white towels. Good flat backyard. Efficient heating system. Very quiet street. Great basic provisions eg dishwasher tablets, washing up needs, tea, coffee, milk, salt, pepper etc
Negative: The outside area looked unkempt and dishevelled. Windowsills in living areas not cleaned of dead insects. Fly screens need cleaning. Main bedroom:toothpaste under the bed ie not properly cleaned. Heating system extremely noisy.
Summary: I’d stay here again with a big family.
