Deerfield Beach is home to some of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the southeast. Lots to do, lots to enjoy for the entire family. Easy access to high end shopping and nightlife as well as low key old fashioned relaxation. Spend your day on an airboat in the Everglades observing alligators and wildlife, then spend your evening dining and shopping at high end boutique shops in Mizner Park. Or stay home and relax by the beautiful private pool.
Easy access. Situated evenly between Ft Lauderdale international airport and Palm Beach international airport. Miami international airport is also an option with approximately a one hour drive.
Pool is cleaned on a weekly basis. Due to certain factors such as pool being in the open, proximity to ocean, winds due to canal, weather etc. debris such as foliage may be evident in pool including some sandiness. We do our best to keep debris out of the pool but sometimes the environment is uncooperative. This does not mean the pool hasn't been cleaned.
Pest control is performed on a regularly scheduled basis. Due to the fact that this is a tropical climate there are bugs and creatures that you may not be accustomed to if you are not familiar with south Florida. The presence of bugs and creatures such as iguanas and lizards is common. While we do our best to prevent them, it is not possible to eliminate them 100%. Other factors such as rain, heat and being situated on the water can contribute to their presence.

Summary: The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The property was updated, decorated tastefully, well maintained and squeaky clean. The neighborhood was private, quiet with beautiful view and lovely atmosphere .The beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows were clean. There was plenty of room in the driveway right in front of the house for parking several cars. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Summary: The home was immaculate and just as advertised. It would have been helpful if there was some information about the area. We needed to purchase a cutting board and a lighter for the grill.The grill was less than adequate we used it once and were disappointed. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to Deerfield beach area
